Easy to check in. This was a last minute booking and Luchesar was super responsive. Well appointed flat with a great kitchen and fantastic bathtub. Walkable to the underground (Tower Hill and Algate) to get anywhere, lots of great places to eat and drink (Artful Dodger was my favorite). Tower bridge is right there as well. Bed was comfortable and temperate was perfect. WiFi worked well.

Host - quick response to any message I sent. Check-in - very easy. Step-by-step instructions provided (with pictures). Neighborhood - close to Tube, within walking distance of Tower of London in one directions and lots of restaurants/cafes in the other. Space - Looks just like the pictures. Cozy (but much more room than a standard hotel room). Space to spread out -- one person can be working at the table, while another is reading a book or watching TV on the couch. Bed - very comfortable. Kitchen - full size refrigerator and stove/oven, all-in-one clothes washer/dryer, pod espresso maker. Bathroom - GREAT water pressure in the shower, full-sized bath tub.
