My family loved the house!! We wanted a cozy house within center of Chaingmai for our Songkarn fest and K. Moke's place matched our needs. Communication was clear and very proactive. K Moke was there to show us around as we arrived. all rooms were very clean and neat. Comfy beds and sofa. Surrounding felts like you really were in old town. K Moke & his family were really helpful with all the guidance. Highly recommended for those who want to walk around to near by restaurants & attactions in the old town!!

This is a beautiful home in a great location!!!! After a brutal 36 hours of travel, we were so appreciative to Pornpak for allowing us to check-in early so we could drop our luggage and take much needed showers. We were pleasantly surprised by the ideal location. There were so many temples in walking distance, the famous cowboy hat lady’s braised pork is a 10 min a walk away, and a nail salon just around the corner that gave us a nice break during the hottest time of day! We also walked to the #1 spa in Chiang Mai (less than 15 min away). The home is beautiful, spotless, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had zero complaints - other than having to leave after a short 3 day stay. We hope to be back one day, and we would absolutely stay here again! If you book this home, you will not be disappointed!!
