The location was good, a short walk to the city centre. The radiators could only be on for 3 hours at a time, so the apartment took some time to warm up. Malcom was very helpful and a great host, but the apartment had some minor cosmetic issues which malcom offered to fix.

The place is exactly like the pictures, so clean and maintained. The area is so peaceful and quiet, with buses to Eyre Square at the apartment's doorstep. The only thing is that the hot water of one of the showers wasn't working, but it wasn't a big deal.

This is a difficult review to write, Malcolm was excellent to deal with and truly first class. We had to change locations after the first night due to some issues with his apartment. He put us up down by the dock in a five star upgrade. I would not personally recommend this location as it is across the street from the football stadium however, the condo down by the dock, has great views and centrally located.

Really enjoyed our stay. Malcolm was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out and the airbnb was absolutely perfect for us. Very central and exactly as described in the pictures and description. Would absolutely stay here again
