House was nice but needed a lot of maintenance. There was dust and stains everywhere. We got to the house an hour after check in and there were people outside doing maintenance. When we walked in we noticed the back door was wide open and the fridge handle was broken. When we walked upstairs the bedroom window was wide open and there were towels and garbage on the floor and we noticed the ac did not work. Two of the beds upstairs had urine on the sheets and all of the bed sheets smelled bad. The lights on the porch do not work and there are a lot of wood pieces sticking out which caused a lot of tripping/falling hazards. This house and the location are beautiful but there has to be better cleaning and maintenance to that whole house.

This location is being mismanaged. The description says hot tub but the hot tub is filled with sticks and mud and algae, completely unusable. They list a boat but the boat has a large hole in the bottom and is unusable. Despite having bedrooms for a bigger group they provide only a couple little fry pans to cook with, one of which is a heavily scratched and flaking non-stick pan. No handsoap or paper towels of any kind was present . The wifi didn't work and wasn't able to be reset at the router so the TVs didn't work. The floors were dirty. The dining table seats only 6 in a place sold as for 10 guests. Zero instructions were provided on how to check out or leave the linens. The view is nice, the house has gas fireplaces and a nice gas range. With better management it could be very cute place. This is the second property we have had with poor maintenance run by Vacasa so we will avoid them in the future.

The good, the bad and the ugly. the GOOD: the location and the view! Beautiful! We all enjoyed the back deck and the spot down by the water. It was perfect! The driveway down was INTENSE! LOL... fair warning! Super nice neighbors (minus the dogs and the pooping on our deck) and beautiful landscape. Oh and the master bathroom has heated floors and a HUGE shower The BAD: Water pressure in showers, not great. The kitchen is EMPTY. I have left several several messages with the rental company and Airbnb so I really hope this gets resolved for future renters... but when I say empty I mean it! No dish towels, pot holders, knives (other than steak and butter) no dishwasher pods (we bought some). Coffee pot, no filters. TWO microwaves! We had three trash bags to last us 4 days with 6 women who stayed in all weekend and cooked the entire time. There were no large outside trash bins, no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, hand soap in only one of the bathrooms and we had to do laundry to make sure had enough towels to keep ourselves and the dishes clean! Honestly, we don't need much, but I feel like dishtowels and pot holders are a MUST in a kitchen! They also have this awesome propane fire pit table on the back patio however the propane was empty. The UGLY: Before we even arrived, I received a phone call stating that they were going to come service the hot tub, part of the reason we booked this particular Airbnb. When we got there, we noticed that it was barely warm. So we waited until the next day and when we pulled back the cover, it was nasty green and warm, like a pond! I then noticed that the hot tub isnt even listed on this listing anymore. FRUIT FLIES... as soon as we brought out food, it was attack of the fruit flies! It was HORRIBLE! The neighbor dogs are cute and friendly, however they seem to like to come over and visit and poop on the deck randomly! So that was fun! Did I contact Airbnb? YES, every single time, and they told me a local representative would get back to me shortly. They did, ONCE and told me to look under cabinets for trash cans. No robo-response... I am looking for large outside trash cans. No response. Not once did I get a response. I called once and it went to a weird voicemail. So, Renter beware.

Very disappointed! Smelly when checking in.have to open all windows. No cutting board, no knifes, no spices, no paper towel, no wine opener, not much in kitchen to use. Very old broken blinds. Everything in the house use cheap materials and basic stuffs.Hot tub not working and dirty water. Grill is not clean, no propane left to use and ignition is not working. Stains and dirty liner still on the bed. Bad WiFi and nothing to watch on TV. Owner watching you on the camera’s all the time and complain .all day. They can kick you out anytime. They should just live in it not renting out. Not friendly neighbors too. They don’t like you hanging out backyard. This is not a rental place. Stay away

Great view from the back yard. We took advantage of the kayaks and rowboat, but be aware that there is no life jackets. There are plenty of rooms for everyone. The kitchen is nice, but if you want to cook anything, remember to bring your supplies. There is no spices, not even salt and pepper and no paper towels. There are many TVs, just about one in every room.
