Totel is very responsive and worked with us in ensuring proper entry and reentry of all guests to the property - very useful for errands. The indoor pool on another floor was about 3-4 feet and is free to use - cold at night so would recommend a day swim. Totel is open to feedback and is quick to action, so make sure to reach out to host instead of just complaining. She has a well-used unit, in need of a few repairs but clean, with all rooms having good air-conditioning and also enough and mattresses for my 9 guests. If you are looking for a no-frills, affordable place for multiple guests, this is a basic option. Host mentions the place can support up to 15 guests, probably if they are spread out in all 3 rooms. Also note that the kitchen and dining areas are small, so we opted to use the sofa and stairs to sit and had fun! Aside from Netflix, we were able to hook up our game system for Tekken. Noise seems to be well contained within the room. Overall, very satisfied with our stay

Before you book this, communicate first with the host if she already have the keycard for the elevator.because the building rule doesn’t allow to use the unit for staycation and it will be a big hassle to access the room. She just instructed us to tell to the guards the we are her close friends in order to access the elevator going to the room. Also the building is not well maintained and even some of its amenities (elevator, kitchen, cr) are not clean. Host is very responsive and would address our concern but overall we are not satisfied our guests got disappointed

In this review I will only share facts and actual experiences during my stay. The host was very responsive and accomodating. No doubt about that. SUPER BAIT. Although, checking in was such a hassle. Never experienced this with previous airbnbs I had. She told me that there were complaints and policies were changed by the bldg admin with airbnb clients. I don’t know what are these policies. Booked this over a month ago. I just hope I was informed prior and not on the day. So I was dragged into playing “role-play” of being friends with the host. LOL! And that she’s bringing her other group of friends to her unit. In short we’re sneaking in people as her friends but not as airbnb guests. I’m very sensitive when it comes to smell, the hallways of our floor smells like a dead rat. Please put black out curtains. Good stuff? complete utensils, tv working, ac perfect, fast wifi, water dispenser provided with water. Basically this unit is an “ok” unit. “sakto na” “pweds na” for the price.
