I spent a month at this beautiful cottage really a duplex in February 2024. It is a comfortable clean and well located place with access to most of Santa Barbara’s amenities within 10 minutes or less. You’ll find most everything you need for a longer stay including plenty of towels, comfortable linens, and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. If you’re a “real” cook, you will miss a few items such as a blender, sharp knives and quality pots and pans but what is provided is more than adequate for most people‘s needs. The location is great for walking the west side of Santa Barbara or biking if you have a bike. We got torrential rain while I was there and that ended up causing me to have to cancel a number of plans but it was a cozy place to stay in and watch movies and relax.  If you’re planning on a longer stay in Santa Barbara, and you like the idea of the west side with it’s cute and quirky vibe, I really recommend Tim’s place.

Great location. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the front porch. The place was perfect for our small group. We plan to come back.

My husband and I loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We love coming to SB and hope to be able to come to this Airbnb again.

Tim’s place was very nice and close to everything! He was very easy to work with and we loved how clean the place was. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Such a good experience!
