This condo sits just steps away from the ferry landing in Coronado and close to wonderful restaurants and amenities. The building is of the highest quality - beautifully landscaped and well-constructed. The unit is well designed, comfortable, and has the most wonderful view of San Diego harbor and the city. We loved watching the parade of ships and boats cruising past daily. And the people watching was great as well (Marriage proposals and quencenerias are especially popular in a nearby park, given the backdrop of the San Diego skyline.) We took the ferry to and from a concert at Rady Shell. We walked to the nearby market and a great public library on Orange Ave. The Hotel Del and the beaches are about a mile away. What more could you ask for? Tracy is the perfect host. She thinks like a renter, not a landlord. "What would I like if I was renting this place?" she must say. It means great responsiveness and a perfectly outfitted rental. Thank you Tracy for a wonderful stay!

Location 10/10 - A peaceful & fully gated residential area with 24/7 security that is almost unnecessary as it's one of the safest places in SD. Everything you need is within a 2-minute walk, including 2 grocery stores & a resort-like plaza. It is on Orange Ave (main street) & just a 1.4-mile walk to the Coronado hotel. So close but without tourist bustle. The boardwalk is a 1-minute walk away, where you can take the ferry to San Diego downtown (free before 8:50am). Value 10/10 - Place is more beautiful in person. The balcony is truly magical and there's no better word to describe it other than "healing". You can hear the waves crashing 24/7. It feels like you're sitting on the sand but in the comfort of your own home. The 1800+ sq ft layout offers privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides for guests. Host 10/10 - Incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She filled the house with every possible item you can think of. This was the first time I had a true "home away from home" experience
