Villa Fiorillo is located in Ansedonia just 900 m from the beach, set in its park of Mediterranean scrub with the aromas of juniper, rosemary and laurel blending with the scent of the sea. It is a 2-storey plastered house from the 80s, with the large living room windows and the kitchen window providing panoramic views of the sea and the swimming pool, framing the little island of Formiche di Burano. The architectural, stylistic and furnishing choices make Villa Fiorillo a modern summer residence, suitable for beach holidays with attention to the privacy of the sleeping areas: internal and external pure white walls, untreated pink terracotta floors inside and outside, completely white furnishings and accessories, an L-shaped portico around the internal living area creating pleasantly cool relaxation areas, the large pergola next to the kitchen with an airy structure facing the sea and the swimming pool, which contains a large dining table and built-in barbecue, the two bedrooms on the ground floor with independent entrances at the back and a third bedroom with independent entrance in the basement. All in a unique location: Ansedonia, the small promontory overlooking the sea on the southern edge of the Orbetello lagoon, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma where history and nature merge. Connected to Monte Argentario via the sandbar of Feniglia, Ansedonia, once an Etruscan centre called Cosa, is a place of great tourist, historical and cultural interest. A stone's throw from Villa Fiorillo, it is possible to enjoy the renowned beaches of its promontory, one facing Monte Argentario and the other facing Capalbio, and explore the archaeological sites of theTorri di Ansedonia, the Tagliata Etrusca, the Spacco della Regina and the vast archaeological area of Cosa. Bars, restaurants, bathing establishments and a free beach are just 900 m from the villa (with varying opening hours according to the season), while all shops, transport and services are in Orbetello, 10 km from the villa. Interior: The villa (about 140 sq m) has two floors connected by an external staircase. Past the pedestrian gate, 5 steps lead to the portico from where a large sliding French window leads into the brightly-lit living room on the ground floor overlooking the sea with dining table, TV and sofa, connected to the fully-equipped kitchen with sea view and with direct exit to the pergola with the outdoor dining area and brick barbecue. The ground floor is completed by a hallway connected to the living room onto which open a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden near the pergola. Externally, next to the kitchen, is a a flight of 13 terracotta steps with a railing that leads from the pergola down to the terrace for use of the basement onto which opens a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning with independent control units and mosquito screens. The washing machine is located in a technical room in the basement with access from the outside, next to the double bedroom. The fireplace is ornamental. Air conditioning in the bedrooms
