A stone's throw from Villa Fiorillo, it is possible to enjoy the renowned beaches of its promontory, one facing Monte Argentario and the other facing Capalbio, and explore the archaeological sites of theTorri di Ansedonia, the Tagliata Etrusca, the Spacco della Regina and the vast archaeological area of Cosa. Interior: The villa (about 140 sq m) has two floors connected by an external staircase. Past the pedestrian gate, 5 steps lead to the portico from where a large sliding French window leads into the brightly-lit living room on the ground floor overlooking the sea with dining table, TV and sofa, connected to the fully-equipped kitchen with sea view and with direct exit to the pergola with the outdoor dining area and brick barbecue.
