First of all Karen is such a sweetheart, since day one communication was at it’s best ! Felt right at home The house has such great and spacious parking that you can arrive at any time and you won’t have to worry about parking! Getting into the home was so quick and easy with the instructions given. Would really recommend you to stay at this spacious home. We were a family of 7 and we all had a bed to sleep in! Had no complications at all and once more had such great communication with Karen. Would really recommend you to stay at this house
The place we stayed at was very nice inside. Plenty of parking(only had to park once at the front of the house). Karen does require a $250 security deposit and you can only take one pet with additional fees. I don’t believe that is mentioned prior to reserving the Airbnb. You do have to go and buy little necessities for the kitchen as there wasn’t much provided. She was very responsive to any questions we had. You can hear everything between the walls and upstairs people as mentioned in other reviews. Overall it was a nice stay.
Karen is good host and all rooms were clean and neat. House has all the things which are required for comfortable stay. By bus it is just 30 minutes away from New York. I definitely recommend this place.
I was a very disappointed customer first on site states check out is at 11 and when you complete everything it says 10am I contacted host and she said she would have IT fix it but never did. Me my family did leave at9:30am. Second the floors were dirty and food was left in refrigerator and used water. Third when booking the host talks about quite time at a certain time 10pm but that was not the case for me and my family, the 8 people above us were extremely loud from night to morning me and my family could not sleep all nights, beds are hard etc .. I was very disappointed and it’s very unacceptable and deceiving. I did contact the host waiting to see what wii be done. Rent at your own risk!!
