Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Rich was very approachable, welcoming, and generous; I was even spoiled with a homecooked beef stew! Tidy and cozy home with great amenities. Felt at ease from day 1. Can't recommend enough!
Rich gladly received me as a guest and was very helpful and informative. He was being friendly, courteous and provided local recommendations regarding public amenities and most importantly what he offers in the house as a guest. The kitchen, dining room as well as the washing facilities were immaculate and I was welcomed to use them. The room is comfortably furnished with clean beddings, towels and drawers for storage as well as a hanging stand with hangers to use. The location happens to be quiet and peaceful with walkable distance to shops and public transport. Rich communicated extremely well with me reference the health and safety standards of accommodation detailing first aid kit as well as fire extinguishers and doorways for entry and exit purposes. All in all I find Rich as an amazingly proactive host and very resourceful.
