Enjoy the Panorama View of the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver Island and the soaring Eagles. Birds of every variety are dashing through the sky. The large south facing patio is tended with garden tomatoes, lettuce, basil, and flowers. Located close to downtown, hospitals, shops/restaurants, and the airport. Sit back and relax, take it all in. You'll love the unique charm of my decor; refurbished furniture infused with images from nature. Fresh seasonal flowers are dashed around; sweet peas, roses, and hydrangea's. It is Ocean Fresh, there is always a breeze and evenings cool down for a peaceful sleep. The neighbourhood is flower and tree adorned, making walking a joy. It is a quiet retreat, away from the intense noise and bustle of downtown, yet close to everything.

Janice could not have been more proactive, be it producing perfect breakfasts or pointing out the stunning views from her balcony. The apartment is pleasant and uncluttered , the bed comfortable, and the shower water hot. Not the most convenient for down town shopping but the local shopping area is vibrant and interesting with some excellent small rsts.

Easy parking on the street, easy access to buses to take you downtown or direct to UBC and other institutions.
