This place was perfectly situated to explore further west of Altadena or head to LA for the day. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe. Downtown Pasedena was only 5 mins away. There were ample coffee shops and restaurants within 10 minutes. And the Airbnb itself was SUPER comfortable and spacious. It felt very peaceful and comfortable. The wifi is stronger in the common spaces than the rooms but functions.

The place looked like the photos. There was ample seating for our group of 4. The area was quiet although the apartment sits off of a major street. The onsite parking was very convenient, especially when arriving after 9pm with limited parking. We appreciate Daniel allowing us to park our 2nd vehicle along the brick wall for a few hours when we were unable to locate street parking Saturday after 10pm. The apartment was clean and a beautifully renovated space. The only reason this is not a 5 is primarily due to our party really not being able to relax and being paranoid about the house rules. We have a high rating on Airbnb and was coming into town to visit family, however we received a few messages about the noise rule and also a request to be mindful about how we walk to not disturb the person below the unit. It made us feel like we were in a prison or child home, we understand this may be needed but thought it was too much due to the fact we were not partying, just being quiet adults
