Great place ! would definitely stay again. Place matched description. The house could use a broom and cleaning supplies, but other than that, the place was great.

Mateo’s place worked perfectly for our group, was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had, and was exactly as described in the pictures.

Mateo's place was exactly as pictured. The sun sets behind the house over the water and it's very pretty. We were in town for a funeral so we didn't get to explore much of the area but it was only 15 minutes away from restaurants near Lake Charles. We could have used more cookware as we preferred cooking our own meals but if you eat out while there you have exactly what you might need. We did end up buying some cleaning supplies for the kitchen and some toilet paper, but we had 4 adults and 3 kids. My kids loved the bunk beds provided and the house is very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. Also having a washer and dryer available was extremely helpful. We very much appreciated our host allowing us to borrow their space.

This place exceeded my expectations! This home and subdivision is all new construction, which I loved! I had a bad experience in the past where the place did not match the photos depicted in the description. But, this home is exactly how it's shown in the photos. My oldest children and toddler whose 3, was extremely excited upon entry! My husband and myself was as well!! We were all so comfortable and slept peacefully at night. Presently, the view of the lake from the master bdrm windows and patio was rewarding. This entire space, linens, accessories, and amenities were exceptionally clean and inviting. This place is definitely a home away from home. I'd definitely stay here again. I assure you, that you won't be disappointed. It was worth every penny. Last, Mateo was a great host.
