This was the second time my family and I reserved this home. Everything was fine. The local park and grocery store are so convenient and nice. It’s a very comfortable and cozy stay.

Roaches everywhere, primarily in the kitchen, on the counters and not afraid to come out. Baby roaches swarmed at night catching you off guard everywhere you stepped. I tried to reach out to the host and request a partial refund due to the disgusting feeling of being in the home and he responded with foul intentions. He started accusing me of taking items from the home, which is inaccurate. We had to tough it out with no where else to stay. Since he refused to work with me, I reached out to airbnb and they advised that roaches are not harmful to our health and they wouldn’t be able to honor any type of refund. I think it is unprofessional to allow people in your home, knowing well that there is a roach issue. We all felt like we had them all over us the entire stay. We tried to be out of the home as much as we could, and checked out early. Would not recommend for anyone until their roach issue is resolved. Host was friendly until I brought it to his attention, then he became ugly.

We came down to Iowa on a hunting trip for the weekend and imran was awesome! He allowed us to take our retriever inside with us. He also let us check out late because we wanted to get cleaned up before we hit the road! If you’re coming to Iowa , imran has a great place to book!
