This bedsit is available for long term rental only. Comprised of a good sized living room space convertible into bedroom at night and a private bathroom. This bedsit also has a kitchenette with a small table top stove and a refrigerator. It is great and convenient for students or working professional / couple. It includes electricity and water. The bedsit has its own entrance, allowing your movement independent and without curfew. We are located very near the location where the bus passes, making it convenient for travel by bus. We are uphill from the bustling town of San Ignacio, so walking downtown is easy, whether for work or leisure.

Great location
The location was perfect for us as we had plans in Cayo (30 minute drive from Melanchor de Meches, ATM, Barton Creek, Xunantunich, etc). The house gets dirty fast as there are no screens on the windows. We were provided with the bare min 3 rolls of toilet paper (yes, we ran out in our 6 day stay) and 2 towels. We put sheets on our own "bed" a pullout couch. The "bed" was very uncomfortable. We had a lot of bumps in our stay, Ms. Lerris did her best to reconcile all of them with us.
The description of the apartment is very accurate, it was clean and tidy, the location is exactly as described, a 20-second walk from the main road where buses can be found regularly and 10-minute walk from the town of San Ignacio. Highly recommended.

Located on the slope of a hill, this home is located in a residential neighborhood and is generally quiet and calm. Conveniently nearby (within 5 minutes walk) is a restaurant, store, petrol station, and the bus route.
From this location you can walk to most parts of town, or take a taxi to nearby communities. You can also take the bus readily.
