We loved staying in one of Ramona’s apartments (Elle’s Place). The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable with good AC and everything we could need for a 4 day visit to San Ignacio and the surrounding regions. We were able to do a big load of laundry for a small fee of 10bze ($5usd) and Ramona delivered some beach towels to our room for use outside the apartment. Ramona is the sweetest host and was very attentive to our needs. She made us feel right at home - like going home to visit mama! It was a lovely experience and we would easily stay here over and over again. I’d recommend having a car/bike/motor cycle to explore the city unless your plan is to only do guided tours where you get picked up by the guide. There is a 24hr ATM and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, near a decent grocery store and super close to the main roads through town, making it really easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. We also really liked Elsa’s breakfast shack down the road.. just a nice added bonus to the area!

Ramona’s place was everything that we could ask for. Close to all the activities we planned and the apartment was very clean and well stocked. Ramona assisted with any questions we had and I highly recommend staying here. She is an absolute sweetheart. Thank you Ramona for everything.

la pasamos muy bien en Elles place! el lugar muy ordenado y nos sirvieron mucho las recomendaciones en el Elles Guidebook que hay en la habitación :) revisen las recomendaciones. encantados con el lugar! todo muy completo, hay parqueo tambien 💯 gracias por todo!

Great stay. Ramona’s apartment is perfect for anyone who doesn’t mind a short walk to town center or are renting a car. Fantastic sunset and very accommodating host
