The apartment was exactly like described, very clean and similar to pictures. So the place itself was good. However, I was very upset with hidden fees that were requested by the host. It was said the host would be greeting us upon arrival but the check in was a self check-in lockbox. Even so, the host wanted a 25 Euros fee in cash for late check-in (limit was 19h and we arrived at 21:30). We stayed for a single night and left the place at 10h. So we spent around 12 hours only using the apartment and the host charged us an additional 50 Euros fee in cash for cleaning!!! I found this outrageous, unreasonable and felt ripped off. If you think of staying here, please make sure to check for all these details and I hope the host can be more honest and upfront about the extra charges in the apartment's description from now on. These were only displayed in the house rules section, super hiden and unclear. Truly a bad experience!!

Yolanda's place is an amazing choice to stay close to the main areas in Naples. Cozy, very clean, safe and includes all amenities you may need. Yolanda and co-host Francessca are very kind and helpful with clear instructions on the self-check-in process (even though speaking English is very basic). Highly recommended and a great choice for a holiday experience.

El alojamiento está súper bien equipado, todo limpio y es muy acogedor. Está a 5 mint de la estación central de Nápoles e a 30 mint del centro. Nosotros llegamos pronto a eso de las 10 de la mañana y nos estaba a esperar Luis, súper majo, le pedimos dejar las molestas y sin problema. Todo genial muy recomendado.
