First Floor: Contemporary living room with a SmartTV (Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video), a full kitchen with complete sets of utensils and a bathroom. Second Floor: A bedroom with king-size bed with its own en-suite bathroom Third Floor: 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a king-size and the other with double queen-size beds. 1 bathroom. *Sleeps 8* *For any additional guests, we will prepare the sofa beds, 1 for the first floor, 1 for the 2nd floor, and 2 on the third floor. 房子是非常新的，干净整洁，位置方便，停车方便，就是三楼房间装修的残留味道会有点大，厨房阳台工具齐全
我們在這Airbnb住了5晚，是個不太好的經驗。我先從3樓的房間說起。首先門鎖是壞的，然後房間的空調沒有停止過漏水，嘈吵不特止，房間地板都是濕的，床上都是螞蟻！重點是我們第一晚通知了房東麻煩他第二天來清潔房間以及維修冷氣機，然後第二天早上9點多在沒有confirm的情況底下，直接有清潔的阿姨進來了我們的房子並敲我們的房門，我們都並沒睡醒便被嚇醒了。最後因為我們都沒有開房門，所以清潔阿姨離開了。然而中午一直聯絡房東叫他安排中午叫職員再來，房東也一直沒有回覆。 房東都已讀我們，回覆速度很慢，溝通過後房東才安排清潔阿姨和維修人員在第三天的中午來清潔房間和維修空調。結果，回來看到枕頭和床上還是有一堆螞蟻，而且冷氣機還在滴水，只是多了一個水桶在冷氣機底下，感覺只是敷衍了事。 然後，二樓的房間，冷氣機底下的木地板是凸出來的，應該也是之前冷氣機滴水造成的，第一天來到搬行李進房間時差一點被那個凸出來的位置拌倒了，相當危險！然後晚上發現枕頭上有螞蟻；冷氣機無論怎樣調校角度，睡覺時也是對着頭部；露台的燈也是壞的。 再者，房子沒有提供refill的備用紙巾，我們一共8人，完全不夠用，只好自己買紙巾。 另外，房子距離BTS頗遠，要走大概15至20分鐘的路程，在泰國這種天氣底下要走這麼久是真的會熱到溶化。 唯一的優點可以說是房子的位置相當寧靜，不會被車聲或是燈光騷擾到；而且check-in方便，可以用密碼鎖取得鎖匙；廚房用具齊全，而且有焗爐和微波爐。總結來說，下次不會再考慮入住。
已經是第二次居住，很難得在曼谷找到一間這麼大的屋
There's always a security around, nearest convenient store is located within a 5 min walk. Checked in at 2am with ease as the keys were easily accessible with a password code. Checked out slightly later at 12pm with no additional charges although the check out time was 11am. Overall not much complaints other than the fact that the 3rd floor Aircon leaks occasionally. Would recommend staying in this Airbnb for the price.
깔끔하고 정돈된 인테리어 넓은 방 편리한 화장실이 있는 좋은 숙소입니다. 다만 공용 공간이 조금 좁고 티비가 잘 작동하지 않으며 에어컨이 시원하지 않은 단점이 있습니다.
