热情的房东一直询问我们入住的时间，非常的贴心。在入住时，出了个小插曲，由于谷歌地图没有显示明确的路线，导致我们没有和房东及时的汇合。但是房东在雨中等了我们10多分钟，真的让人感动！非常感谢房东先生的耐心等待！感谢🙏

Gianina was incredibly helpful in getting us to her apartment. We booked it about 24 hours out, and then extended an extra day. She met our cab at the top of the hill and led them to the apartment. It is on the fifth floor but there is a (very small) elevator. The apartment is as advertised. Two decent sized bedrooms with a small bathroom and kichen area. The view of the ocean and beach is great from both rooms - the highlight. The location is a very steep but short walk down to the beach (you have to pay to use the beach which is BS). There is a nice square at the bottom of the hill to the west with good restaurants and gelato. It is an equally short, but less steep walk up the hill to the town and train station (hint: use the elevator up to the station). A bunch of good resturants and shops. The linens and pillows were a little dated but adequate. The building doesn't have a lot of character, and neither does the immediate neighborhood, but the town and beach are both very nice.

Our peaceful stay at Gianina Place was nothing short of delightful. The combination of its ideal location, breathtaking views (4 stories, but there’s a lift you can use for luggage), Gianina's wonderful and attentive hosting, and the warm hospitality we received made it a truly memorable experience. We would highly recommend Gianina Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Vietri Sul Mare.

Me and my family had an excellent stay at Gianina's place. Really nice apartment and is at a perfect location. Would recommend to anyone to stay at Gianina's place!
