This place has so much potential! We stayed here for three nights. We loved that it was so close to the train station as we took the train in from Salerno. We loved how spacious it was & that it was decorated with a cool- beachy Italian vibe. The check in details & communication were very clear, with videos & details that were super helpful. Our beds were comfortable & there were plenty of linens too. We enjoyed walking to the town (5 mins) & the ocean (20 mins steep walk). We wish that the villa would have been prepared a bit better for our arrival in terms of detailed cleaning. There was a damp, musty smell from the apparent humidity that can be seen in areas of the walls. There were cob webs & tiny spiders in the corners of a few walls. The patio was quite dusty with a lot of leaves & debris. There were stains on the sofa. It appeared that the house had set a bit between the last cleaning & our arrival. To earn a 5 star, the housed needs to have a real detailed cleaning.

It was lovely staying in Vietri Sul Mare - being walking distance to restaurants and alimentaris was wonderful, and it was a perfect base to be able to explore the Amalfi Coast without either being in a bigger town like Salerno, or being somewhere impossibly busy like Positano. The accommodation was a great, comfortable size for 3/4 people. The bedrooms were both beautiful and exactly as pictured, and both beds were very comfortable. Due to the building being a little older, there was a bad smell from the plumbing, but I only mention it so people can be aware, it didn’t impact our stay at all! The long outside table area could do with some attention, the lightbulbs are bare and the benches are almost rotting in places - it was still great having such a large outside area for sundowners and a meal, but it could be improved on. Also if you do plan on cooking, there was no salt or oil provided as specified, so bring your own. Overall, a good solid base for the Amalfi.

Beautiful place in the town of Vietri sul Mare..tall ceilings, big dining space and summer house vibes, and she even left us a few drinks in the fridge:) Our host was really nice and made the check in/out process very easy. Grazie!! See you next time!!

We stayed at MINA house for 5 nights in august. We booked it very last minute and were grateful to be received on such short notice. It’s a beautiful house with nice furniture. Contact with Alessandro was very good and responsive. The view from the terrace is very green and beautiful and the garden is also a treat. We were with only two people and had sufficient space in the kitchen but did notice a very small fridge which if you stay with 6 people that might be a little small. Also the kitchen didn’t feel super well equipped regarding sharp knives/spices etc but if you mainly want to eat out that’s not a problem. The house is on one of the main roads leading through the Amalfi coast. Personally we found this not very relaxing sitting on the terrace hearing heavy traffic pass by constantly but maybe because it was august the traffic was extra busy. We overal had a great stay and would recommend staying if these things above are not a bother to you.

Je komt appartement binnen via een lange trap en staat dan in de tuin. Zeer groot terras. Met prachtig uitzicht over stad. Appartement zelf is heel smaakvol ingericht. Je loopt zo centrum van Vieltri in. En strand is op loopafstand. Aanrader.
