Welcome to your own private getaway in Bloomington, IN. This great spot is right off a bus line & only 2 miles from campus. Perfect for anyone visiting IU, parents weekend, football weekends or for graduation. Private keypad basement entrance into guest room with en-suite living area and bathroom is separate from the rest of the townhouse, giving you full privacy. My husband and I live upstairs with two dogs, whom you are more than welcome to chat with and meet, but there is no obligation :) THE SPACE * Full-size Mattress *Comfortable living room with couch * WiFi * Coffee cart with Keurig + essentials * Perfect for families and students visiting * TV with Roku in the living room * Pets allowed with large backyard (not fenced in) AMENITIES We provide coffee, creamer & sugar for the coffee cart. We also provide extra toilet paper, towels and laundry access. Extra towels, sheets or pillowcases are available upon request. LOCATION *6 minute drive to Downtown Bloomington *10 minute drive to Indiana University Campus *Walking distance to a local bar, a few restaurants, convenience store, CVS, and Starbucks. *20 minutes to Lake Monroe SUITE + ENTRANCE The suite is the entire basement of our three story townhouse. It has a private entrance around the townhouse and down a small hill. It contains a bedroom, a modest living room and a bathroom/laundry area. It is locked from the rest of the house and will be completely private during your stay. The entrance is a door with personal guest codes so you can come and go as you please during your stay.

This place was just okay. You must access the place down a hill on the side yard to a walk out basement. This is not easily accessible to everyone as it is an uneven and somewhat steep path. The space itself was charming and cleanly, but being in the basement, you could hear footsteps upstairs very clearly.
Overall this place was good. It was a little cold. But thankfully there was a heater. The couch was dirty and needed a little cleaning.
Perfect place and just the space I needed. I even got to briefly meet emily and her 2 fur babies 🐶
The host was super accommodating as we booked this last minute! Easy to get into and comfortable. Perfect for our short trip.
The perfect place for my stay in Bloomington. Emily’s place is decorated amazingly! I felt right at home!

We live in a busy neighborhood off a main road in a townhouse complex with neighbors. Some added privacy due to our space being the end unit townhouse (and you’ll have a private entrance) Within walking distance to a local bar, pizza place, subway, convenience store, bank, and a few other notable restaurants. About 7 minute drive from downtown, and 10 minute drive from campus. Immediately off a bus line that goes straight to campus.
Parking is available for one car in our reserved space. Additional parking is available in a lot behind the townhouse.
