John Peter was the Airbnb host from hell! First of all, the apartment smelled funky. When I arrive on the property, I was not even settled and he demanded I paid extra money from some “levy “ which he did not disclose before the booking. When I attempted to pay the money he said he had “no change” so I told him I'll go into town and the exact money he was requesting. An hour did not pass and he came literally banging on the apartment door demanding this money and he came all around the apartment banging at the doors and became very hostile towards us. We gave him the money and received no receipt indicating what we even paid for. Now, he is demanding we pay for damages we did not know of. Airbnb needs to look into frauds posing as host and extorting money from guest. He was the host of a nightmare and I will not recommend even a dog to stay at his home. He is rude and very unwelcoming.

It was a pleasure staying at John's place, I felt right at home the moment I met John. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and private. John was a wonderful host, and I got to know him on a personal level. He was always available if I needed help, and he had no problem giving me a ride when I needed one. My stay at John's place was truly a pleasant one.

This unit provided a comfortable spot for a short layover. The host is very helpful with any needs we may have and he has a very quick response time. This Air BnB provides basic needs and it is strategically located within reasonable proximity to the airport. Buckley's KFC, gas stations and supermarkets are close by to the property. We were also happy to see a regular sized fridge and shelf space for groceries. The room comes equipped with a microwave, Smart TV and the host takes great care of his garden. We will definitely be staying here again.
