In the very heart of this beautiful seaside town, The Sails Loft is a stylish large 2 bed apartment. It offers accommodation for up-to 5 guests. It’s just steps away from the many lovely restaurants and cafes that the ‘friendliest port in England’ has to offer. A perfect place as a base for exploring the stunning Northumberland coastline with its breathtaking beaches , fields and great golf courses.Lots of wildlife to spot including the puffins and seals by Coquet Island. Guests have full use of this lovely bright and spacious first floor apartment on the high street of Amble. Large open plan living area / kitchen with dining at the kitchen bar, chaise longue leather sofa and separate sofa, flat screen TVs in all rooms and stripped floorboards adding to that homely vibe.. A shaker style kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. There are two large bedrooms with one king size and one four poster king size bed., plus a sofa bed in the four poster bedroom, good sized bathroom with large walk in shower and a separate slipper bath and an additional toilet off the entrance porch with washing machine. Small private outside space on the sandstone steps leading to the entrance to enjoy the fresh seaside air. Please note the property does have triple glazing to minimise the sounds of the busy high street. ( I also own another 3 bedroom cottage 50 meters away that sleeps 5 …please view Sandy Pebbles ) .

We stayed at Kerry's beautiful flat for 3 days and we absolutely loved the place. Well decorated, spotless with everything you need. Kerry even left some lovely welcome gifts like biscuits... Kerry provided a lot of usefull information about places to visit nearby and restaurants etc which was greatly appreciated. The kids particularly loved Alexa speaker as they could play any song, any time. We really loved our stay and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you
Had such a lovely stay at the Sails Loft! The pictures don't do it justice. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location for exploring Northumberland and plenty of amenities on your doorstep. We would definitely stay again!
Perfect accomodation to spend a long weekend exploring Northumberland. It was easy to park nearby and drive to the landmarks and hikings that we included in our trip. The flat was amazing, we felt at home when we cooked dinner one of the evenings. We shared the flat with another couple and both rooms were very comfortable. The only thing that could have spoiled our stay was the noise coming from the club in front of the rooms' windows but we were so tired that we quickly fell asleep we slept like babies both nights. All in all we couldn't have found a better accommodation for our trip.
Stunning flat in Amble, spacious, beautifully decorated, thoughtful welcome gifts such as wine, biscuits and coffee which were greatly enjoyed! Felt completely relaxed and at home here. Wish we had booked longer! A little bit of noise from the pub over the road could be heard from the bedroom but not enough to disturb the rest of the family and a touch light in the morning through the shutters but that will not put me off coming again. Can’t wait to book another trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay Kerry.
As echoed in other reviews, the photos really don't do the place justice. My son was so impressed he instantly recorded a video of the whole place to send to his Mam. ☺️

The Sails Loft is on the main high street and three minutes walk from the bustling marina with the boutique shopping pods, award winning ice cream parlour and numerous quality restaurants and fish and chip shops that Amble has to offer.
There is free street parking around Amble (please do be mindful of local residents parking signs) or fee paying (£3 per 24 hours) large public car park behind Tescos. For unloading you can reverse into the back lane by Jaspers restaurant on Bridge Street or park in the five 1 hour parking spaces .
