With a fully fenced backyard, a large patio and outdoor seating, you’ve got the perfect spot for pre-game and post-game festivities! Full kitchen stocked with all the basics, 75 inch smart TV, and a cozy space to make your own. Pet friendly, no extra pet fees. Permit #: STR2023-000082 AMENITIES: We provide all the basics: towels, hand soap, toilet paper. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, condiments, cooking spray, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash can liners. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you before arrival. PARKING: There is a private driveway that fits several cars. Additional street parking available if needed. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room. Fire sticks in master bedroom and guest bedroom TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard is fully fenced and features a large concrete patio, Green Egg BBQ pit, Blackstone grill, fire table, outdoor table and chairs, and umbrellas. BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms, featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and a daybed with pull out trundle (2 single beds). The living room has a large comfortable couch and recliner. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Dishes/Utensils/Spices/Oil Kitchen has a breakfast nook and the dining room has a table with seating for up to 6. PETS: This property is dog-friendly. No additional fees. There is a dog door exiting to a fully-fenced yard. The dog door can be closed if you would like the house more secure. Please disclose if you will be bringing your pet with you. We can leave out dishes and toys for your friend. If your pet sheds, we’ll cover the couch and ask you to leave the cover in place so your dog can enjoy the furniture with you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee. SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO operating cameras inside the property.
