Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

We were a party of 5 in Newmarket to attend a wedding and Laura's house provided a perfect base. it's easy find and in a a very quiet and peaceful location. The house is well appointed and has a lovely garden. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We'd happily stay here again.
The house is lovely and only 5/10 minutes walk to the town centre. Very well equipped and clean. The neighbours were friendly too. Plus Laura was responsive whenever we had a question. We would recommend!
Booked a few times for work colleagues. They have been very happy & comfortable here. Laura an excellent host.
We were attending a wedding in Newmarket and the location was perfect. Easy access to supermarkets, pubs and wedding venue. It was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and easy to access, with spaces for two cars which also was a bonus.
