Bi-fold doors open onto a courtyard garden with a hot tub, BBQ and outdoor dining. Upstairs the cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds). Perfect for a family holiday. Newmarket is known as the birthplace of British horse racing. This bustling market town offers many independent shops, restaurants, and cafes. Entrance into an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room area on the ground floor. There is Wifi and a Smart TV. Bi-fold doors open onto a private courtyard garden with a Lay-Z-spa hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Stair lead upstairs to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Central heating throughout.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage ist auch top!
we had great stay at Robert's place. the location was ideal for us, right in the centre of Newmarket and very handy for Newmarket Rowley Mile racecourse. we didn't use our car for our entire stay, we got the train to Cambridge (18 mins) and everything else we did by foot or bikes. The house was very cosy, quiet and immaculately presented. We felt very at home there . we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. we hope to return again next year
Great place to stay in the centre of Newmarket. Everything you need and really clean, highly recommend!
Felt like home; clean-open floor plan and comfortable with modern living. Would definitely rent again. Robert communicated often and was flexible with checkout. Ez access to town - very comfortable there
