Great place, great host! We really enjoyed our time here. The house is as advertised, beautiful views everyday, comfortable and private. There is a market close by and a cafe. Snorkeling was fun and just a short walk from the house.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. We watched the sunrise and sunset every day and night from the deck. Sebon is a great host, everything you could possibly need is provided, a home away from home. The beds are soft, linen exceptional, pillows thick and soft. The ensuite bathroom has ample space with a beautiful shower. There is even a shower outside to rinse off after you have a swim. overall it was an exceptional stay, thank you Sebon from my family to yours xx Nga mihi

Wonderful and Incredible place < Ten out of Ten > We loved the well equipped kitchen so we could self-cater and enjoy the spectacular location all day and night ! You’ll find the supermarket is a nice walk away, it’s a one stop shop there’s a beach bar to walk to at sunset and also the turtle tours to explore the reef at the front is right next door ! We were very lucky to enjoy this gorgeous family beach home, it’s so well set up with special touches and gorgeous comfortable beds and sofas. There is everything you need and all the little extras are very generous. Could not want anything more :) Both 2 main rooms have a great outlook and the 3rd garden room is also charming. This location is a once in a lifetime opportunity, to wake up and walk onto the beautifully preserved Rarotonga island. Thankyou very for allowing us to experience a week of paradise It was exactly that

Our family of 3 stayed at Villa Hoani for 2 wks. Everything about this booking is a dream come true. We were welcomed with a fruit platter/nibbles waiting for us and a fresh cut fruit platter & a bottle of Rosé in the fridge. The villa itself is stunning & even more breathtakingly beautiful in person when you open the bifolds to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves. Around the villa you’ll find stunning gardens where the chickens/rooster roam & if you’re lucky, you may even discover the Pirates Den. The house was exceptionally clean with outstanding amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable with new linens. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we could possibly need. The BBQ was brand new. We were lucky to find Villa Hoani where we created so many memories for our family. Waking up in bed to that stunning view is an incomparable experience. The sunrise walks along the beach with our toddler are memories that will stay with us forever. Can’t wait to come back!
