Rob was a great host to communicate with. Any questions I had beforehand were answered promptly and in full detail. The property itself is fantastic for a relaxing few days away, especially if you have kids. The outside play equipment and especially the flying fox was the highlight for our kids. The inside playroom was a great touch for when we all needed some down time and not having to pack a car full of toys was such a bonus. The house itself was beautifully decorated with everything you needed. During our stay any questions we had were answered straight away. We had an issue with the internet and Rob's Mum came the next day to help us out and got it sorted. We were so appreciate of that. We had such a fantastic few days and have recommended this listing to our friends and family.
Rob's place is stunning. It is set on a beautiful property. It was the perfect place to take our 2 kids (aged 3 and 4 years) but would be equally amazing as a spacious getaway for a couple. It was spotlessly clean. We loved the firepit, outdoor play equipment and play room. The property is surrounded by a beautiful mix of farm and bushland. Our kids were taken with the resident wallaby that came to graze in the front years every morning. We enjoyed stumbling across farm stalls selling their fresh produce and eggs. We don't have a bad word to say. Thanks for providing such wonderful accommodation in such a beautiful area!
such a beautiful and stylish property in an amazing location, close to everything, but feels so far away - in the best way. we woke up to wallabies and enjoyed the night's silence. highly recommend.
Beautiful place to stay. Quite and the kids loved it. If in the area again we will definitely be booking this place.
We all loved this place (grandparents / young parents / young adult + toddler). Needed a peaceful place to exhale - and this was everything we could have hoped. Dooralong Retreat catered beautifully to having little people - playroom was an absolute winner for our granddaughter. Clean, spacious and welcoming - kangaroos + kookaburras in abundance - and for once, pictures actually did tell the truth!!
