Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Off street parking and private side entrance. Basement bedroom nice and cool. Lock on downstairs bathroom. No lock on bedroom door. Door at top of stairs locked. No kitchen or upstairs use. This is my 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Clifton heights right across from the hill with best restaurants. A few miles to forest park and a block from Los arcos Mexican and pint sized bakery. Quiet, cool, and cozy. I work full time and kids in school as well. You would have downstairs bed/bath with private entrance.

We had some rough communication issues as far as what was expected. Would recommend for a business stay. Wouldn’t recommend for a weekend vacation stay since weekends usually involve late nights. Also don’t be afraid to ask direct questions about house rules and boundaries, especially if there’s a curfew.
Julie was a great host and the space was comfortable. The neighborhood was so peaceful and a quick Uber drive to a lot of nearby St. Louis attractions! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be booking with her.

I just needed a place with a bed and bathroom for a quick 1 night stay in St Louis and Julie's place met my needs exactly. I highly recommend this place if it meets your needs.
I loved staying here. Julie always responded when I asked her something. She is very accommodating. She let me check in early. The room has a nice private bathroom with shower. It is very peaceful. I would definitely stay at her place again if available.

Uber or park in back of home off street next to garage. Street parking also plentiful.
