The house is situated in the exclusive enclave of Cola Beach in Sedgefield. It is quiet and safe to walk, cycle or run. Centrally located within the world-renowned floral kingdom of South Africa known as the Garden Route, you have access to the pristine Cola Beach and further along the swimming beach Myoli, a mere 1500m down the road. You are also on the doorstep of the many lakes in the area, in particular, the largest and deepest lake in the Wilderness Nature Reserve being Swartvlei where you can enjoy the beauty and tranquility against the backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountains.

There are many activities to participate in such as mountain biking (guided tours by prior arrangement), hiking, bird watching, paddling on Swartvlei, paragliding and windsurfing.
The local Wild Oats and Flea Market held every Saturday is patronised by locals pedaling their farm and organic produce. It also has many stalls of arts and crafts. This market is legendary and by far the most popular market along the Garden Route. You are also ideally located to explore and tour the many other sights and activities the Garden Route has to offer in the neighbouring towns of Mosselbay, Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Stormsriver.
This property is situated in the heart of the mountain biking mecca of the Garden Route and the Host can by prior arrangement organise guided cycling tours/ routes of the surrounding area.
