What we like most about the place was its newly remodeled and cleanliness. The place was very comfortable and privacy for couples like us traveling and resting at night after a long day. Very roomy for 6 people while the place can hold up to 9 people. It is new with most updated technology. This unit, the garage was converted into a game room, therefore, car needs to park in the carport instead. All good restaurants are nearby. Everything was great. Kevin, the host was excellent in communicating with us every details to help our staying, check in and out process was smooth and easy. He did a very good job in hosting the place. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Orange County. Our central location is close to attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, parks, airports, restaurants, bars, beautiful beaches, shopping malls, grocery stores, and is conveniently located between two major highways.
BEST WAYS TO GET AROUND:

PARKING:
▪Up to 2 vehicles can park on the left side of the rear driveway directly in front of the garage. (Driveway is shared with guests of another unit and is located at the back of the complex, accessible through a private alleyway)
*Two Level-2 EV charging outlets located inside the garage (Charging cables not provided). Electric vehicles to be parked on the driveway while charging.
▪1 vehicle is permitted to park in the carport on the right side of the front shared driveway (located on the street side).
▪1 additional vehicle is permitted to park in front of the carport.
*Please do not park in front of any garage doors in the front driveway.
▪Street parking is available in front of the complex (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time)
*Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any.
STREET SWEEPING:
▪Every Tuesday (7am-12pm).
*Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 12pm to avoid parking ticket.
GARBAGE PICK UP:
▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm).
