Julian's home is spacious and clean and perfect for hosting tweens. We were in Muncie for a dance competition, and this home is convenient to Ball Stare for all our comings and goings. The game room was perfect for the boys and the TV room has a big beautiful table that serves 10 easily. Julien is a great host.

Julien’s place has lots of room and the game room is great for kiddos. Nice updates in kitchen and bathroom. Great neighborhood with walking access to restaurants and pubs. Absolutely great spot however, nearby freight trains run throughout the night and may affect your sleep.

Julian’s house was perfect for our trip! It felt very comfortable and homey. Our 4 teenagers spent every second in the game room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows I wish I could’ve taken with me! Julien was immediately responsive and accommodating to our requests without hesitation. I will definitely book this place again in the future.
