The neighborhood at 2300 South Penn in Muncie, Indiana was very sketchy and there is a noisy factory right behind the house that runs 24/7 so it was very hard to sleep at night. The outlet in the bathroom does not work so I had to blow dry my hair in the bedroom. There was no can opener nor was there a toaster. The oven took several hours to heat up. The front door was very hard to open and it was very hard to lock the dead bolt lock on the front door and the gate. The owner of the house responded quickly to messages, but Evolve took a long time to respond to messages and did not have specific details about the house. The house was very clean and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
