Ryan’s place is stunning inside and out. He thought of everything and was clear and kind to communicate with. The house is beautiful. We had an incredible stay.

Ryan is a fantastic host! His place on the lake really can’t be captured in pictures. It is beautiful! Spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Fantastic kitchen for cooking and great dining space to go with it. There is barely a room in the house without a beautiful view of the lake. Seeing the sun on the water in the morning was our favorite moment of each day. Ryan was beyond accommodating to us. We made several special requests and he kindly met our needs in each case. Medicine Lake is beautiful but many of the properties on it are across the road . Ryan’s has direct lake access with a lovely path to make your way down to the shore. Cannot imagine a nicer Minneapolis property or a better host.

This place was magical. Ryan was a friendly, attentive, and accommodating host. I rented his home for a get-together with a long-time friend who lives in Minneapolis; I traveled from MA. We hadn't seen each other in 10 years, and due to physical issues, he was unable to travel very far, so we settled on something fairly close to Minneapolis. We were really pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the house and the lake. It felt to both of us like a true escape into a serene haven, so close to the city but spritually so far away. The view of the blue frozen lake was remarkable, and the minimalist but stylish decor added to a sense of calm. The house was very clean, spacious yet cozy. The hot tub, with more of the lake view, added to the relaxation. We were blessed with the sunny, unseasonably warm weather, as well as a full harvest moon over the lake. We certainly hope to return!

Ryan was a great host and the home was a wonderful relaxing get away right on the lake with a great view of the city skyline. Spectacular sunrises! Home was well equipped with everything you need. Totally recommend.
