There’s no substitute for quality construction, high end finishes and cleanliness. Eric’s house hit the mark on all three. We were a group of four veterans getting together for three days and nights. We each had our own large bedroom, beautiful bathroom with plenty of soft towels and an abundance of hot water. The coffee and coffee pot provided was a great start each morning as we discussed our plans for the day. Overall, a memorable weekend.

For our specific needs this home worked out very well. We needed 5 private bedroom each with a private full bathroom. This is very hard to find. This home seemed like a brand-new completed renovation. The kitchen and all of the bathrooms were done in an upgraded finishes level. Much nicer than what we are used to in the airbnb offerings. Well done brand new hardwood flooring throughout. Multi zone heat and air conditioning which was a pleasant surprise and used to its full advantage. A few more unexpected and very useful surprises were two sets of laundry machines, individual lock and key for each bedroom door (we each had very expensive technology tools and laptops so to have another layer of security was indeed much appreciated), two hot water heaters so we never ran out. Also, we all found the beds to be comfortable and all 5 of us middle aged men slept quite well every night. Plenty of typical supplies and towels as well. Suggestion: one bdrm needs king bed,add TV in fam room.

Eric has very few photos posted on his listing. I should have know there was something wrong from the lack of transparency. This home is new & well constructed, but NOT stocked & furnished like an Airbnb should be. We couldn't figure out why someone would put so little effort into making it comfortable to stay at. It became clear when we expressed our concerns over a phone call. Eric stated that he is turning his home into a full time rental as of June 1 & has it leased for the next 4 yrs, so he wasn't going to put $ into it, as he has no plans into short-terming it. For him, Airbnb is a temporary $ maker in the interim. The rooms ONLY had beds w/unacceptable bedding, THAT'S IT! We had to Instacart decent pillows & comforters to stay warm. There were only sheets & thin blankets. No nightstands & sheer curtains for window coverings. The actual house is great, but missing ALL of the NORMAL Airbnb amenities. Eric did nothing to make our stay comfortable after telling him our feedback.

Eric was an incredible host. This house was the perfect home away from home for our family while our floors were getting replaced. The space was new and beautiful and clean. Thank you Eric!

Perfect place for TCU families!!! We had a large group visiting our Horned Frog daughter for a long weekend and Eric’s place was just what we asked for. New build, very clean, walkable to campus and stadiums, plenty of parking for 3-4 cars and located in a quiet neighborhood. All rooms were spacious and house was just as described. Eric communicated quickly throughout the booking process and stay. He welcomed suggestions for improvements, but there wasn’t much to suggest. 5 star stay and 5 star host!! Thank you again for everything Eric!! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend Eric’s place!!!
