This two storey townhouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, WiFi and features an open living/dining/ kitchen area. The first floor has the lounge room with reverse-cycle air conditioning, dining area, kitchen, bathroom (shower and separate toilet) as well as laundry facilities. An external door leads to two off-street parking spaces. Upstairs are two generous bedrooms, the main with a balcony, and both with large in built wardrobes. There is also bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. The Kitchen and bathrooms are yet to be fully modernised and renovated (on our work in progress list) but are practical and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, full size fridge as well as a selection of dinnerware, pots, pans and cutlery. There is a washing machine and dryer in the downstairs laundry/2nd bathroom area.
