Initially, the host effectively maintained good communication. However, upon entering the apartment, unpleasant odors were pervasive, leading to the constant use of air conditioning in the hallway to mitigate the issue. Furthermore, after completing the check-in process, we discovered various unclean areas within the apartment. Upon notifying Sophia of this, she promptly apologized and arranged for a team of maids to address the cleanliness concerns the following day. Lastly, our unfortunate experience extended to encountering a significant infestation of cockroaches, which was particularly distressing for me due to my strong fear of them. It's worth noting that the location of the apartment posed an additional challenge as it was situated a considerable distance from the city center, requiring a minimum commute of 45 minutes due to heavy traffic.

El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, esta en muy buenas condiciones, la ubicación es excelente y la comunicación con Sophia fue excelente, 100% recomendado.
