FIRST FLOOR: Enter through the front door and you will be greeted by a vibrant living room, equipped with a 55" ROKU TV and spacious seating for all to enjoy. As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the warmth and coziness of our well-appointed living spaces. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for socializing and spending quality time with your loved ones. PLEASE NOTE: The restrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this historic home. There is no restroom on the first floor. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring all the essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal. In the mornings, you can treat yourself to delicious homemade waffles with our convenient waffle maker. The spacious dining area is right across from the kitchen. Extra folding chairs and a high-chair is available for guests to use. SECOND FLOOR: Located on the second floor are three bedrooms, the restroom and in-unit washer and dryer. Rainsong Room - Enter the charming children's room, equipped with a twin bunk bed, a variety of books, coloring books and crayons. This room sleeps 2 children. THIRD FLOOR: Gardenview Loft - Take the stairs to the 3rd floor, where you will be greeted by the Gardenview Loft. This private loft (there is a door to this bedroom) is located at the top of the home and has its own private restroom. There is a 43" ROKU Smart TV in the bedroom, lounge area, coffee maker, and office space. OUTDOOR FIREPIT & LOUNGE SPACE: For outdoor enthusiasts, our property boasts an array of amenities to keep you entertained. The spacious outdoor area is perfect for gatherings around the firepit, where you can roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. GARAGE: The garage is available for guests to use. A garage door opener/clicker will be provided. The garage is detached from the house and you will walk through the backyard to the back door of the house to access the home.
