This room is roughly 12.8 ft x 12.5 ft = (157 square feet) Bedroom #1 Includes: - Queen Size Bed (accommodates 2 Guests) - An 8,000 btu portable window AC, dehumidifier & Fan w/ Remote control that cools up to 350sq.ft. of space (Room size is approx 12ft. 8in X 12ft. 5in = Roughly 157 sq. ft.) - 58" 4k Smart TV - Room doors are equipped with code or fingerprint lock - Twin size cot available if needed (only available upon request & is subject to availability). - All SHARED areas are accessible to all guests. For the security of all guests & hosts PARKING: Let us know If you plan on arriving in your own vehicle so we can prepare accordingly. 1. For the safety of our guests and their vehicle, we prefer that our guests park their vehicles on an empty spot on the driveway (Driveway parking is first come, first serve) 2. If there is no empty spots on the driveway, park on the street closest to our driveway so that your car is within view of the security cameras. ⚠️ Please be advised that ALL SHARED areas are monitored by security cameras (inside & outside). By law, there are no security cameras in any bedrooms or bathrooms. - All rooms & bathrooms are always fully stocked with extra linens & toiletries ‼️MUST READ PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: "HOUSE RULES" + "DO'S & DON'TS" AS FOLLOWS: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ - Check-in time is ALWAYS 4:00PM (unless otherwise is arranged with the hosts) - "Check-out" time is ALWAYS at 11:00 AM (Unless otherwise arranged with the hosts) - We strictly enforce quiet hours between 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Keep in mind that there are guests in the rooms next to & underneath you. Gently close doors & refrain from slamming doors. Manage noise expectations that would be typical of a residential home (we provide ear plugs & eye covers to all guests that are sensitive sleepers). PLEASE READ BELOW. BEFORE BOOKING ❗️1. IDENTIFICATION: For safety reasons, we require all Airbnb guest(s) to have a proper profile picture at the time of booking. If we are unable to identify you upon your arrival. The picture of the guest(s) at the time of booking must match guests at time of "check-in" * To prevent 3rd party bookings, for the safety of the hosts and other Airbnb guests & for identification purposes, we CANNOT honor any bookings for guests that do not have a legitimate profile picture of the guest at the time booking (ANY attempts to circumvent the rules will result in an automatic cancellation WITHOUT a refund)! ❗️2. Your contact phone number on your Airbnb profile MUST BE updated to reflect your current phone number. If the hosts are unable to reach you for the entire duration of your stay, we CANNOT accommodate you! ❗️3. This is NOT a whole house rental. *Before you ask... Yes! We have had multiple guests that paid the cost of a room rental & showed up thinking that they rented out the whole house (No kidding)! ❗️Visitors that are not listed as a guest at the time of "check-in" is NOT permitted on premises without the host's knowledge (The "guest count" on your original booking will apply in this matter) ❗️You may eat in your room as long as the following rules are observed: - Do not eat or drink on the mattress. We provide tray table for your convenience. - No open drink containers permitted inside the bedrooms. The hosts provide cups with lids & straws that you may use for the duration of your stay. (We understand that accidents happen), in the event of an accidental spill, please notify the hosts as soon as possible so that we may address them accordingly before any stains sets in ❗️To prevent possible damage to the linens, please DO NOT wash/dry bedding or bathroom linens ❗️Do NOT put wet or damp towels on the mattress. (dispose of used or wet towels into the hampers provided in every room). ❗️Observe signs on the dryer & washing machine (keep washer door open after use & clean the lint trap in the dryer before & after each use) ⭐️ Please help us conserve energy where you can.
