Bright apartment that accommodates up to 5 people, featuring two double bedrooms and a balcony. It is located in the Torrione district, just 100 meters from the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the center and the seafront, in an area equipped with all essential services such as bars, pharmacy and post office. Torrione Station is a 10-minute walk away and in a few minutes by car you can reach the port with ferries to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia. Parking space for small cars included! The 80 mq apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 3 steps to access it) and is made up as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker and traditional oven - Living room with sofa bed and TV - Bedroom I with double bed and wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - Bathroom with wv, bidet and shower box - Balcony. An uncovered parking space FOR SMALL UTILITIES (NO SUVs) is available inside the condominium courtyard, closed by an automatic gate. Additional services available for guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Nous avons passé des jours heureux sur la côte amalfitaine. Le logement est bien situé permettant des promenades à pied dans Salerne et d'accéder à la gare facilement. L'appartement est clair, propre et confortable, mais assez impersonnel et avec un équipement calibré parfois un peu juste (cuillères, bols, ustensiles de cuisine....). Un + de cette location est le parking privatif (pour petites voitures) qui est rassurant (les loueurs de voiture sont assez alarmants sur le risque de vol). Nous recommandons fortement ce logement: vous y serez bien!
Die Lage dieses Apartments ist sehr gut. Supermärkte und auch das Meer sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet und es gibt dennoch alles, was man benötigt. Bei Fragen gab es immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung!
camere ampie cucina pulita in ordine ottimi elettrodomestici in una delle due camere il condizionatore non si accende ed e' stato sostituito da un ventilatore. necessaria manutenzione nel bagno ( impossibile miscelare l'acqua per la doccia). palazzo dotato di piccola ascensore . balconi scrostati ( ci vorrebbe un po di manutenzione esterna)
It was a nice apartment however there were a number of issues. The oven didn’t work so we couldn’t cook the food we had bought and the airconditioning units were also faulty and leaked all over the floor. In addition, the couch had a huge amount of ants in it. Other than this Vlad was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. The apartment was also very clean upon arrival
Nice and clean apartment. Not far from the train station. Near the sea. There are many places to eat nearby. I am satisfied with our stay.

The apartment is located in Torrione, a semi-central district, just 5 from Torrione Station and 20 from Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Salerno Central Station: on foot in about 15 minutes (1.2 km) or by bus line 008 with the final stop "Lungomare Marconi" 150 meters from the accommodation.
- By car: for those traveling by car, the apartment has an uncovered parking space available inside the condominium courtyard.
Street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Via Vai 350 meters from the accommodation (Via Padula 36).
