The house was awesome! The owners were very responsive and it was an amazing weekend there.
Overall the place was nice. It's not the fault of the owners but there's a night club in the neighboring lot, could hear some noise at night that we weren't aware of when making the reservation. Otherwise the rental was good.

Michael and Marcia’s place was excellent and was just as it was shown on the Airbnb add. Our Airbnb with another company was cancelled due to a plumbing leak and I messaged Marcia to see if the Airbnb was available and she messaged back almost immediately to confirm availability. She called to tell us how to use the pool and spa controls and was also very responsive when we said a smoke alarm needed a battery replaced. A maintenance technician came out the same day to replace a battery in the smoke detector that was on a higher ceiling that was beeping occasionally. I would highly recommend renting this facility or any facility of theirs.

The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10-minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo to the French Quarter.
We operate the adjacent house which is a “feminine” version of this one. Perfect if you are traveling with a larger group and want to book adjacent houses.
The area is walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops, however, taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. This home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles historic trolley that can be a fun way of getting around all the way from Audubon Park to the other side of the French Quarter. Should you be traveling with a car, this house has two gated parking spaces and plenty of street parking around the city.
