This home is located just outside of the busy city centre, and a 20 minute drive to downtown. This property is close to the the Elbow River, 3 amazing golf courses and all the extra amenities in our stunning and scenic community.

Quiet and established elite lake community located in the country and only 20 minutes to downtown Calgary.
Driveway to the house has room for 3-4 vehicles and free street parking is available during the daytime. We are a 15 minute drive to city train stations and bus routes.
We have many pathways for walking and running around the neighbourhood which is located beside the Elbow River.
