Petrina’s house was a great spot for our Stampede vacation. It was very clean and had many amenities. This is very much their family home, and I appreciated their creative and funny personal touches throughout. It’s a 10 minute walk to the bus or train to go downtown, and about a 15 minute cab ride. There’s 2 grocery stores in walking distance as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We had everything we needed!

I can’t say enough for Petrina and her husband. She was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and in a very safe and central location. We were completely at home. Just a heads up to people coming, this is still the primary residence, so there is a lot areas that have signs saying “ private space” all cupboards, closets and drawers have their personal stuff. That’s a little inconvenient because it’s hard to find space for your own stuff. Initially we felt a little uncomfortable but eventually we just took it in our stride. And if you are planning to visit Banff, this is far! We didn’t realize that when we booked and had to drive daily to Banff, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Which was very exhausting. We requested an early checkout but we’re refused since it’s the stampede season and our host would lose income due to this. The cost was high too due to the Stampede. Overall, it’s big, it’s beautiful, it’s comfortable and Petrina is very good at communicating.

Petrina was a very responsive and accommodating host. Her house was a great spot for our group of 6, including two young kids. The house is very well equipped all around, including the kitchen. Parking is on the street, but we never had trouble finding spots for 2 cars. The house’s air conditioning was much appreciated during a hot week in Calgary!

Super cute, cozy place. My bridemaids and I really enjoyed staying and getting ready for my big day here. Backyard is beautiful and my photographer got some stunning photos there!
