The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Our family had a great time staying there for the weekend. But what made it an even better experience was how the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Any question or concern we had was addressed promptly. Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for being such excellent hosts!

Our stay was wonderful! This house exceeded expectations is more ways than one. It was very clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable which makes such a difference when you are staying for a good amount of time. The kitchen had everything you could need and the pantry had many necessities that were super helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit Austin. Thanks for everything!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and good location. It was very clean and well-stocked. It is a nice space with nice lighting throughout. There is fast, reliable internet which enabled remotely working from the house. All of the mattresses are high quality and very comfortable. Sarah is a very responsive host and was pleasant and friendly in her interactions with us. It seems the owners had enough of trying to do the AirBnB thing themselves and decided to hire Sarah to manage it. The only downside is that she doesn't seem to have anyone local who is willing to help when something arises needing onsite attention. There were quite a few normal maintenance things which had been neglected and need attention. A TV would be better and easier to use than a wall projector. We really hope they get the normal maintenance problems figured out and a local contact willing to help when needed. This house has the potential to be a great AirBnB property, especially for long-term stays.
