My stay in Etmens's place was a wonderful experience. Etmens's place is serene, clean and beautiful. He always responds to our requests. He's a super host. We will visit anytime we are in Winnipeg again.

Such a great space! We had 2 adults and 3 children in our party and there was lots of room for us to relax. We felt at home and didn’t want to leave! Comfortable beds, full bathroom, relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay again.

Just 7 Mins drive to University of Manitoba, 5 Mins drive to Bridgewater Center shopping mall with Co-op gas station, banks, Altea Active fitness gym, Deep roots massage and spa centers, clinics, shoppers drug mart, restaurants/café such as Tim Hortons and Starbucks
Bus stop is nearby for transit. You can also drive, bike or walk around easily. The neighborhood is serene and safe with lakes along the walk paths.
