Great location at Fourteen towers. Quick walk to grocery store and beach. Not many restaurant options walkable, but plenty with a short taxi or rental car. Priced more expensive then other options in the tower, but the amenities with Mullet Bay Suites are much nicer than other options. For example, room is serviced everyday. Mullet Bay Suites operates like a hotel in the tower. Very proactive instructions and easy to understand. Will consider next time. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

What a gorgeous location! The view can’t be beat, the location is close to a lot of great facets of the island, and the digs are quite swanky. Highly recommend.
Our stay in Suite 803 of Mullet Bay Suites, located in the Fourteen Tower, was absolutely delightful. Each suite boasts a unique, captivating decor, with even the corridors of the 7th and 8th floors impressively adorned. The breathtaking view and the convenience of a beach just 5 minutes away further enhance the experience. We were warmly welcomed and thoroughly appreciated the daily cleaning service. We're certainly planning a return visit, possibly to a different suite, given their universally stunning appeal.

Cupecoy is a small village on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is located just a few minutes from the Juliana International Airport and the French side of the island. Cupecoy is known for its beautiful beaches, including Mullet Bay Beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in the Caribbean.

Maho Beach is located just outside of Maho Village. It is a popular beach for tourists because it is one of the few places in the world where you can watch planes take off and land right over the water.
