We got to spend one night in the black swan appartement. The apartment was as described and located perfectly in between the station and the main points of interest. The instructions for self check in were clear and the place was easy to find, can recommend it to fellow travellers!

Our stay in Pisa was made perfect byt this place. Centrally located, a short walk from the Tower and also the train station. The place was clean and tidy. We'd likely be back.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Lots of great options for dining and coffee. The only thing that bothered me was that they will not store your luggage and only recommend a really bad place near the train station. Other than that it was a nice experience.
