Pros: very close to Snow Canyon State Park, responsive hosts, hot tub, and stylish space. Cons: having to exit your room and walk to the bathroom isn't convenient (even though it's clear in the listing). The bathroom doesn't have heating/cooling so it was cold during our stay. The fridge and microwave are great, but there's no dishware/plates/cups, so you need to bring your own. I'm skeptical there's a wolf sanctuary next door. We did hear what appear to be dogs or maybe wolves, but the conditions didn't seem to be a "sanctuary" so we were a little concerned about the animals. Overall, it's a unique and somewhat strange place with pros and cons.

A very comfortable and well appointed room! Everything was spotless. The outside and grounds are quiet and interesting, very peaceful. We didn’t mind the separate bathroom at all. It was very clean and well-kept.

Property is really fun. Very unique. If you’re up for an adventure book it. Rm 2 is the best option and includes a fridge and micro. Walk over to the labyrinth or fire pit, hot tub or very outdoor cool hangout in the center complete with a unstaffed bar that could be used for a party. Lots of tiny places to stay through the 2 anchors so you’re def not alone. For me, the two cons were a shared bathroom (between 3 units) and the frebreeze plugins everywhere. I unplugged ours and the bathroom and it took a day to air out. The neighbors felt the same way. Too much. Also, walking from my room to the bathroom at night felt a little unsafe. Neighbor guest had a lg dog they kept off leash. Other than these two things I really enjoyed our stay. The beds are VERY comfortable, the host is super accommodating and kind. This would be a great place if you had a large group and could coordinate a space for everyone in your group. The property outdoors is def a vibe waiting to be played on.
