This beautiful studio is located on Simonton Lake in Elkhart. It's an adorable 400 sq ft apartment with a million dollar view and amazing sunrises. Simonton is a quiet lake perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. Whether you are visiting the area for pleasure, business, or to catch a college football game, our place is an excellent choice with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and amazing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a couples retreat, solo adventure, and Notre Dame parents, alumni, and fans. The lake is beautiful whatever the season. Sunbathe, swim and float in the summer, enjoy the beauty of the fall foliage & spring flowers while kayaking the calm water, or enjoy the crisp air and picturesque backdrop with ice on the lake. This is the perfect location! Although it is a peaceful, quiet retreat away from the hassle of Notre Dame/South Bend traffic, it is convenient to everything! The studio is close to restaurants and bars, the 80/90 toll road, parks and beaches in the summer, and snowmobile trails in the winter. There is typically only room for one car to park, but arrangements may be made for multiple cars with prior notice.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Jade's place. Jade was extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back for a stay the next time we are in the area! Highly recommend!

The airbnb was clean and stocked with just about everything we could possibly need or ask for. Our host Jade was very friendly, accommodating and hospitable and at the same time left us to enjoy our privacy. The location was easy to find, very peaceful and beautiful with scenic lake views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets and active lake nature surroundings. Great quiet space to work or relax . Plenty available to do inside or out . The space is a small studio type but large and roomy enough that you don’t feel cramped or lacking. I’m very pleased that we found Jades airbnb and would most definitely stay again in the future or refer others to her location. I have nothing but positive to say. Thank you Jade so much for being such a great host and providing such a great space away from home.
very beautiful area and easy to get around to anywhere. The host is very nice and responsive to your needs. I loved the peaceful atmosphere. The sunrise is a beautiful start to the day.
I stayed in the winter so imagine that summer would be nice to be on the lake. I still enjoyed the view.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood on the lake. Our neighbors are friendly but not intrusive, and there is plenty to do within a short drive.
You can drive to anything you need, and there are a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. There is typically only space on the property for one car to park. Prior arrangements can be made if you will be bringing more than one vehicle.
