This was an easy check in process! House was pretty clean, pool was dirty, and there was a slight mosquito outbreak when we were there. Front yard and back yard were FILLED with mosquitoes. Everything else was great! One side note, make sure to bring soap, and shampoo, extra toiletries, this place didn’t have that for us. I’ll definitely be back and be a little more prepared Thank you Julio

This place was so amazing!! It had lots of room and it was perfect for our group we had so much fun! It was also located in a perfect spot the view was so beautiful and it was only a 15 minute drive to the strip so it wasn’t to far which was good! I would highly recommend staying here when you go to Vegas, I will definitely be booking here again in the future!!

My friends and I stayed here with our two dogs. Inside, the place was clean and tidy. The yard had quite a bit of trash in it and we had some trouble with the hot tub/spa. There wasn't anything in the listing that said there would be an additional fee for the hot tub. We were charged 50$/day for the hot tub and it would have been an additional 100$/day to warm the pool. The only way to have the hot tub turned on was to message the host and have him turn it on remotely. When I asked if we could just have our total adjusted through Air Bnb, the host said he could only take cash. The pool guy came by during our visit to clean the pool and take the money from us. For the inconvenience, Julio let us use the hot tub for an additional day free of charge. The host was very responsive and friendly but the whole situation with the hot tub was very odd.
